Dan Reynolds ist Softwareentwickler und Technologe mit tiefer Verwurzelung in der Luftfahrtbranche. Er hat einen B.A. in General Studies mit Schwerpunkt Essentials of IT und bringt eine vielseitige Karriere mit, die Airline Flight Operations (Dispatch), Kabinenservice, Programmentwicklung, technische Dokumentation und Schulungen umfasst – Erfahrungen, die seinen Ansatz bei der Entwicklung von Softwarelösungen für komplexe operative Umgebungen prägen.
Bei Invictus Flugtechnik konzentriert sich Dan auf die Software- und Webentwicklung und verbindet dabei technisches Fachwissen mit fundierter Kenntnis des Flugbetriebs, um Produkte für die Luftfahrt- und Reisebranche zu entwickeln. Als begeisterter Weltreisender mit einer Leidenschaft für Luftfahrt und Technologie bringt er eine nutzerzentrierte Perspektive ein, die durch jahrelange Erfahrung sowohl an der operativen Front als auch in Führungspositionen geprägt wurde.
Dan war zudem im Vorstand einer auf Luftfahrt spezialisierten Organisation für Diversität und Inklusion tätig. Er ist neben Steven Reynolds als Geschäftsführer tätig und übernimmt die laufenden administrativen Aufgaben vom Berliner Standort des Unternehmens aus.

Dan Reynolds is a software developer and technologist with deep roots in the aviation industry. He holds a B.A. in General Studies with an Essentials of IT concentration and brings a wide-ranging career spanning airline flight operations (dispatch), in-flight services, program development, technical writing, and training—experience that informs his approach to building software solutions for complex operational environments.
At Invictus Flugtechnik, Dan is focused on software and web development, combining technical expertise with firsthand knowledge of airline operations to build products for the aviation and travel industry. An avid world traveler with a passion for both aviation and technology, he brings a user-centered perspective shaped by years on the frontline and in management roles.
Dan has also served on the Board of Directors of an aviation-focused Diversity and Inclusion organization. He serves as Managing Director alongside Steven Reynolds, handling day-to-day administrative responsibilities from the company's Berlin base.
