Steven Reynolds ist Berufspilot und Luftfahrtexperte mit mehr als zwei Jahrzehnten Erfahrung in den Bereichen internationaler Flugbetrieb, Flugsicherheit, Schulung und organisatorische Führung. Derzeit fliegt er die Boeing 777 auf internationalen Strecken und hat über 16.000 Flugstunden absolviert. Seine Laufbahn umfasst operative Meilensteine in der Forschung zum Fatigue Risk Management sowie Sicherheitsinitiativen zur Unterstützung komplexer internationaler Flugoperationen.
Neben seiner Tätigkeit im Cockpit hat Steven leitende ehrenamtliche Funktionen bei der Air Line Pilots Association übernommen, darunter sieben Jahre als stellvertretender Vorsitzender des Mentor Committee, in denen er Tausende von Piloten bei ihrer Ausbildung und beruflichen Entwicklung begleitet hat. Er hat einen Master of Business Administration der Pepperdine University sowie Bachelor-Abschlüsse in Betriebswirtschaft und Psychologie der Concordia University Irvine und verbindet damit operative Expertise mit fundiertem Wissen in Führung und Human Factors.
Steven ist Geschäftsführer und Mehrheitsgesellschafter der Invictus Flugtechnik und verantwortet die strategische Ausrichtung sowie die luftfahrtspezifische Fachkompetenz des Unternehmens. Er lebt in Long Beach, Kalifornien.

Steven Reynolds is a professional airline pilot and aviation expert with more than two decades of experience in global flight operations, safety, training, and organizational leadership. He currently flies the Boeing 777 on international routes and has accumulated over 16,000 flight hours. Beyond the flight deck, Steven has served in senior volunteer leadership roles with the ALPA (Air Line Pilots Association), including seven years as Vice Chair of the Mentor Committee, helping guide thousands of pilots through training and professional development. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from Concordia University Irvine, combining operational expertise with a strong foundation in leadership and human factors.
Steven is Managing Director and majority shareholder of Invictus Flugtechnik, providing strategic direction and aviation industry expertise. He is based in Long Beach, California.
